| Position Description: | Provides resident care such as prepares resident for daily activities, meals and bed. This would include, but not limited to bathing, dressing, treatments, trims nails. Reports changes and incidents, empties catheter, changes soiled briefs, changes bed linen. Promotes resident confidentiality. Keeps room clean and in an orderly manner. Documents on resident in chart. Other duties as assigned. |
