PRN Radiology Technologist PRN Radiology Technologist All Shifts - Day, night, weekend, on-call Part-time at Share Medical Center. REQUIREMENTSPRN Radiology Technologist
-Associates degree in radiology technology from an accredited school or two years of experience in a directly related area.
-Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
-Operates radiologic equipment to produce images required for the Radiologist to diagnose the patient.
-Identifies patient services requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
-Ensures operation of radiology equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
-Schedule and coordinate radiology appointments for patients, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and mammograms. Ensure appointments are scheduled based on urgency, availability, and patient needs. Confirm appointments with patients and provide necessary pre-appointment instructions.
-Work On-Call shifts as needed including weekend and evening call. Staying onsite if needed or in Alva to maintain a maximum 20 minutes call response time. Must be able to respond as soon as possible for an emergency code.

BLS certification, strong clinical skills, and proficiency in EHR systems required. Pay is based on experience; some weekends and holidays will be required with shift differentials available.
