Employee Discount
Share Medical Center is committed to supporting the financial well-being of its employees and their families. To assist eligible employees in managing their healthcare expenses, we have established an Employee Discount Policy that provides a 50% discount on medical bills incurred at Share Medical Center, following the utilization of their insurance benefits. This policy is designed to help eligible employees and their immediate family members access affordable healthcare services.
Eligibility:This Employee Discount Policy is available to employees who meet the following criteria:
Full-Time (36-40hrs) Employees: All full-time employees who work a minimum of 40 hours per week and after 60 days of employment, are eligible for this discount.
Spouse and Child(ren) under 26 Years Old: The discount extends to the spouse and child(ren) under the age of 26 who reside in the household of eligible full-time employees.
Employees Switching from Part-Time to Full-Time (40 hours): Employees who transition from part-time to full-time employment status (with a minimum of 40 hours per week) become eligible for this discount upon their change in status.
Ineligibility: This Employee Discount Policy is not available to the following individuals and/or services:
Contract Employees: Employees who are hired on a contractual basis are not eligible for this discount.
Surgical Services: The discount does not apply to surgical services provided at Share Medical Center.
Surgery: This discount does not apply to surgery’s provided at Share Medical Center.
Physical Therapy (PT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Ultrasound (US): The discount is not applicable to PT. MRI, or US services.
Terminated and Status Change Employee: The date of termination is the last date an eligible employee will be able to utilize the discount. If an eligible employee changes status from Full-Time (40 hours) to Part-Time or does not work an average of 40 hours per week, they will not be eligible for the discount.
