We are sorry to inform you we received a letter of resignation from Dr. Benjamin Hicks. Dr. Hicks will no longer be seeing patients for Share Medical Center and has asked us to inform you of the available Primary Care Providers that you may choose to continue your care. The following providers are taking appointments at the
Downtown Clinic;
Bryan Nutter, APRN and Gwyn Holderby, APRN.

580-430-3328 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm Monday through Friday.
Dr. Michael Lawrence, DO and Paige Kruckenburg, PAC are located in the west end of the hospital at the
Share Physician’s Clinic. You may schedule and appointment by calling
580-430-3366. Appointments are available 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm Monday through Friday.
Jennifer Nichols, ARNP is available in the Urgent Care located inside the main entrance of the Hospital. You may schedule an appointment by calling
580-430-3325, walk in appointments are available as well. Those hours are Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Please note, the last appointments are taken 15 minutes prior to closing.
All of our practitioners have access to your current healthcare records when you schedule an appointment and will be happy to make this transition as seamless as possible.
