How to Give

Supporters may make credit card and e-check donations over the phone or by submitting a personal or business check made payable to Share Medical Center Foundation. To learn more on how to donate, please email us at giving@smcok.com. 

Other Types of Giving

• Pledges – up to five years

• Recurring gifts – for a pre-determined period of time or until you say stop

• Auto-pay – make recurring gifts from your checking account or credit card via automated clearing house (ACH) transfers

• Gifts in trust – we will work with you and your financial advisor to help you support our Foundation through your trust

• Real estate – in most instances, property values have appreciated; your gift of real estate may be worth much more than your initial investment

• Life insurance – through relatively modest annual gifts, you can create a major gift by identifying the Foundation as a benefactor on your insurance policy
