Short Term Care & Rehabilitation

Not all nursing home care is long-term care. We take great pride in seeing our patients finish one of our short-term programs in order to return home.

Respite Care

Respite care is for people who have a caregiver in their own home, but for whatever reason, the caregiver needs to be away for a short period of time. Many times, the opportunity to take a break for a few hours or a few days lengthens the amount of time a person can successfully live in their own home with their caregiver.

Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled nursing includes nursing and therapy services for people who have experienced a decline in function after illness or injury. This generally occurs after a hospital stay and is intended to restore independence so folks can successfully return home, wherever that may be.

Restorative Care

Restorative care is a specialized nursing program which helps strengthen people after generalized weakness, and helps to restore function in those who experience a decline in independence.
